Rema Holland B.V. has been acquired by Axel Johnson International AB

Rema Holland B.V. has been sold to Axel Johnson International BA.

Rema is a supplier of hoisting and lifting equipment. The company sources its products from suppliers in Asia and Europe. They are then modified in-house according to the client's needs and rebranded to the Rema brand or to a private label brand. Clients include professional wholesalers throughout Europe. Rema adds value by ensuring safety through in-house testing and inspection, being able to offer fast delivery times by using a large storage facility in the Netherlands, providing specialist knowledge through technical support to the end user and onsite inspection services.

Axel Johnson International is a privately owned industrial group that acquires and develops companies in strategic niche markets, primarily technical components and industrial process solutions. The company, headquartered in Swden, has four business groups: fluid handling solutions, industrial solutions, lifting solutions and transport solutions.
