SLBdiensten has raised financing from ABN AMRO for the acquisition of IT-Workz.
IT-Workz is the largest ICT service provider in West-Brabant, the Netherlands. The company was founded in 2009 and focuses on the Dutch education market. It employs over 90 professionals.
SLBdiensten is a software service, learning material and equipment provider serving the Dutch market. The company was founded in 1992 and regulates software and licenses for the education market. SLBdiensten has more than 30 employees. The company operates through the SLBdiensten, Slim!nl, MBOWebshop and VOWebshop brands.
