MB Zonnepanelen has been acquired by Tenten Solar

The shareholder of MB Zonnepanelen B.V. has successfully sold the company to Tenten Solar.

MB Zonnepanelen is a rapidly growing company focused on the installation of solar panels. It was founded in 2011 and has witnessed strong growth since then. Over the last couple of years, the company has served over 3,000 clients in both the residential and SME markets.

Tenten Solar, a portfolio company of Quadrum Capital, is a supplier and installer of solar panels and has been present in the solar energy market since 2009. Quadrum Capital is a Dutch private equity firm with an entrepreneurial mentality and strong roots in the east of the Netherlands. It has a wide portfolio of shareholdings in a variety of industries. Earlier transactions with Quadrum Capital include Ace Pharmaceuticals and State of Art.
