Brandenburg Culinair has been acquired by Meat Friends

The private shareholders of Brandenburg Culinair have sold the company to Meat Friends for an undisclosed consideration.

Brandenburg Culinair, based in Oudewater in the centre of the Netherlands, is a meat processing company with a heritage of more than 30 years. The company owns and operates a meat processing factory specialized in processing chilled convenience meat products. Brandenburg Culinair is traditionally a private label producer but has recently successfully introduced two new brands on the Dutch market ("We Love BBQ" and "Meesterstukken"). The company serves both Dutch supermarkets and clients in the Dutch food service channel.

Meat Friends is also engaged in meat processing and packaging and has two locations in the Netherlands. The company supplies its tailor made products to food retailers and butcheries. It is a subsidiary of Van Loon Vlees.
