Senior Associate

Bas is a senior associate in the equity and ECM advisory team at Oaklins Netherlands. He has been involved in several ECM and (undisclosed) M&A transactions across a wide range of industries. Notable transactions include the capital raise through a public offering for Avantium and the sale of Kees Smit Tuinmeubelen to Craft Capital.

Bas joined the firm in 2020. Prior to this, he completed an internship in 2019. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics and business economics, with a specialization in economics, from the University of Groningen and a master’s in finance and investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
