Manager

August is a manager at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He is responsible for conducting financial analysis, supporting transaction execution, managing client relationships and contributing to project management. Experienced in M&A, primarily in the TMT sector, key transactions he has been involved in include the sale of Dania Software to Omnidocs Group, a portfolio company of Main Capital, and the sale of Perfion to Boyum IT, a portfolio company of Volpi Capital.

August joined Oaklins in 2021. Previously, he worked in the Danish Ministry of Taxation. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and commercial law and a master’s in finance and strategic management from Copenhagen Business School.
