Costas Constantinou

Costas is a partner at Oaklins Netherlands and leads the firm’s valuations advisory team. He brings over two decades of expertise in valuing companies and intellectual property across various industries and geographies. Costas’ primary emphasis lies in valuing companies within the context of shareholder disputes, fairness opinions and valuations of companies undergoing financial restructuring. He also has extensive experience in valuing investments held by private equity firms as well as expertise in tax and financial reporting-related valuations.

Prior to joining Oaklins Netherlands, Costas worked at the London offices of Teneo Financial Advisory, FTI Consulting and Oaklins Evelyn Partners (formerly Oaklins Smith & Williamson), where he focused on the valuation of business and intellectual property and damages assessments. Before that, he worked at the Amsterdam offices of EY and Kroll, concentrating on private equity, tax and financial reporting valuations. He started his career as an equity analyst and stockbroker. Costas has a PhD in Finance from Cambridge University, an MSc in Economics and Finance from Warwick University and a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus. He gives valuation training at law firms and universities.
