Lucien Crombach

Lucien is a partner at Oaklins Netherlands with broad experience in capital raising, M&A and equity capital markets. His main focus is raising equity growth capital for non-listed companies in their pre-IPO phase as well as M&A transactions. Lucien has successfully advised clients on a large number of transactions, including an investment with Avenue Realty Capital in New York, an international M&A transaction involving Vilebrequin and a capital raise for a Dutch cleantech venture.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Lucien founded Kyrin Capital, a private equity advisory firm with an emphasis on M&A and capital raising. He advised private equity firms in Singapore and the USA as well as entrepreneurs and corporates in the Netherlands and Germany. Before this, he was an investment director at the global family office KRC Capital and he also worked for KRC’s private equity fund. He started his career in the M&A department of KPMG Corporate Finance. Lucien has a master’s degree in business administration, with a specialization in finance, from Maastricht University and served in the special forces of the Dutch Royal Army.
