Christopher Moe

Christopher is a partner at Oaklins Norway, bringing over 20 years of investment banking experience from leading financial institutions. He has advised a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies and private equity firms, on M&A and capital market transactions. With extensive experience in energy equipment & services, renewables, green tech and industrials, Christopher has a proven track record of successfully sourcing, structuring and executing complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Christopher joined Oaklins from his role as director at Nordea Corporate Finance, where he successfully led several M&A deals, private placements and IPOs. He also spent several years at DNB Markets Corporate Finance after starting his career as an equity research analyst specializing in the energy sector. Christopher has an MSc in Business & Economics, with a major in finance, from BI Norwegian Business School.
