Karl-Børre is a partner at Oaklins Norway with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, both as an M&A advisor and as a business developer. He has guided numerous companies through complex transaction processes across industries and markets.

Before joining Oaklins, Karl-Børre held several key leadership roles at Orkla. With over 18 years in the company, he developed a strong combination of strategic insight, operational expertise and financial acumen. This makes him a valuable advisor for companies looking to create value through targeted acquisitions and successful sales. He has a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from NTNU and an MBA from institutions in the Netherlands and the United States.
