Einar is an analyst at Oaklins Norway. He has advised on several transactions covering a range of industries, with a focus on the TMT sector. A notable transaction he was involved in was ITverket’s majority sale to Bertel O. Steen Kapital. Einar also works closely with Oaklins’ offices globally in the initial stages of potential cross-border transactions.

Einar joined the firm in 2019. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Science in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
