Scott Miller

Senior Analyst

Scott is a senior analyst in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates across numerous sectors, but has typically focused on healthcare and business services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Scott was part of the Deloitte M&A team based in Edinburgh, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. In the M&A team, he was involved in fundraising, buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors, including business services, healthcare and TMT. Scott graduated from the University of Warwick in 2020 with a BSc in Mathematics and Economics.
