Molten Ventures has sold Perkbox to Great Hill Partners.
Perkbox is an all-in-one reward and benefits platform designed to support and motivate employees to do their best work, no matter where they are. The company helps you create a strong employee value proposition (EVP) by giving employees access to perks and benefits, peer-to-peer recognition, employee rewards and wellbeing support. Perkbox is set to combine with Vivup, the UK-based health and wellbeing benefits provider.
Founded in 1998, Great Hill Partners is a private equity firm targeting investments of US$100–500 million in high-growth companies across the software, digital commerce, financial technology, healthcare and digital infrastructure sectors.
Molten Ventures is a venture capital firm, investing in high growth technology companies with global ambitions, with offices in London, Cambridge and Dublin.
