Specializing in managing in-hospital pharmacies, the company operates 47 in-hospital stores and 14 standalone stores across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. It offers a one-stop shop for all medicines and wellness needs.

Oaklins’ team in India provided strategic and financial advisory services throughout this transaction. The team onboarded an investor, a family office, adding strategic value and contributing to financial growth. This investor acquired a 26% fully diluted stake in the investee.
