Henry is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, where he is head of the consumer team. With over 20 years’ corporate finance advisory experience, he has focused on mid-market companies and investors. He has advised consumer clients on a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including private and public company disposals and acquisitions. Henry’s clients include corporate shareholders, private equity houses, business founders, entrepreneurs and management teams in the travel, leisure and retail sectors. His recent transactions include the sale of GRJ to Duke Street, advisor to Saga plc in relation to their travel businesses and the sale of Leyland LSDM to Grafton plc.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Henry was head of UK M&A at Duff & Phelps and before that, he was head of the leisure & retail team at Close Brothers Corporate Finance (which became DC Advisory). Henry is a graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and he qualified as a solicitor with Eversheds in 1999.
