Jarrad Zalkin

Managing Director

Jarrad is a managing director at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He leads the firm’s coverage of the business services sector, which focuses on facilities services, light industrial services, distribution, logistics and business process outsourcing (BPO). His highly respected perspectives on B2B outsourced services have appeared in numerous industry publications, such as BusinessWeek, InformationWeek, The Dealmaker and Investor’s Business Daily. In addition to his services efforts, Jarrad also has experience working with mid-market technology companies in the enterprise software, IT consulting, managed services, staffing, value-added reselling (VAR) and systems integration sectors. All told, he has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, advising both public and private companies on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions. Recent deals include the sales of Waste Harmonics to Arcapita, Micromeritics to SFW Capital Partners, i+iconUSA to Shikun & Binui America, Culligan by Waterco to Culligan International and Advent, Summit Companies to CI Capital Partners, Core Services Corporation to Syntax Systems and Novacap, as well as Sierra-Cedar Group’s divestment of Sierra Systems to NTT Data Services, and WD Lab Grown Diamonds’ equity investment from Huron Capital.

Jarrad joined TM Capital in 2008 following the firm’s acquisition of Boston Corporate Finance. He graduated cum laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought (LJST).
