The owners of Saint Jean Transports S.A.S. have sold the company to BH Développement.

Saint Jean Transports is a transportation and logistics company operating in the south west of France. It offers transport for the general industry and retail wholesale and also warehouse services for a unique client in the automotive industry. The company is mostly owned by its founder and CEO. Saint Jean Transports generated revenues of over US$16 millions in 2018.

BH Développement, based in Lyon, France, through its two brands, TBH SAS and Transports Chipier, is a specialist in the rental of vehicles with driver.

Oaklins' team in France acted as advisor to the seller in all stages of the sale process.
