FRP Advisory Group plc has finalized a successful secondary placing

FRP Advisory Group plc has completed a fundraising. The book was oversubscribed and approximately £20.4 million (US$33 million) of shares were sold by certain directors and partners of FRP to new and existing institutional investors at 128 pence per ordinary share.

FRP Advisory is a business advisory firm based in the UK, providing restructuring, corporate finance, debt advisory, forensic accounting and financial advisory services. With over 710 people, including 99 partners, the company develops effective strategies for all kinds of businesses, from multinational organizations to small enterprises.

Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, acted as sole bookrunner on this secondary placing for FRP Advisory Group plc.
