Pioneer Window Holdings, Inc. has been acquired by Saothair Capital Partners, LLC

Saothair Capital Partners, LLC has acquired a majority equity stake in Pioneer Window Holdings, Inc. Partnering with Saothair will provide Pioneer with access to valuable resources, enabling further investment in its workforce and operations while ensuring the company is well-positioned for growth in New York City and beyond.

Founded in 1985, Pioneer Window Holdings, Inc. is a premier manufacturer and installer of highly engineered, custom aluminum and glass façade systems in the New York City metropolitan area. Operating a 24,155m2 manufacturing facility in Johnstown, NY with a corporate office in Garden City, NY, the company is the primary supplier of window systems for the NYC School Construction Authority. Pioneer also supplies and installs windows for private projects across various markets, including residential, office and hospitality.

Saothair is a private investment firm focused exclusively on investing in middle-market manufacturing and industrial businesses.

Oaklins TM Capital in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pioneer, in connection with its sale to Saothair.
