Amelie Arrazola de Onate

Senior Associate

Amelie is a senior associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. She is responsible for transaction execution for both M&A and ECM deals across a broad range of industries. She was recently involved in the delisting of Sioen Industries NV.

Amelie joined the corporate finance department in 2021 after a financial markets traineeship at KBC Bank, where she joined four different departments: loan and debt markets, corporate sales, corporate finance and equity research. Prior to that, Amelie interned at Venn Partners, an investment bank in London. She has a master’s in business administration from Ghent University, majoring in finance and risk.
