Orazio Bocchieri

Director

Orazio is a director at Oaklins Italy and is part of its industrials M&A team. He has several years of experience in M&A advisory, involved in the origination and execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A and ECM transactions. He has worked with corporate clients across the industrial sector, such as Panaria, Landi Renzo, Air Power Group, Arag, WMT, Inman and GMM, as well as with private equity firms, namely Capvis, CDP Venture Capital, Wise Equity and Progressio. Deals he has advised on include the sale of WMT to Soleal Unternehmerkapital AG, the sale of Inman to the private investor Marco Giovannini, the sale of a majority stake in Almacrawler to Wise Equity, the acquisition of a majority stake in Arag Srl by Capvis and the acquisition of Metatron by Landi Renzo. More recently, he advised on the sale of a majority stake in Air Power Group to Entangled Capital, and advised BeDimensional in the investment round led by CDP Venture Capital, Novacapital and Eni Next.

Prior to joining Oaklins Italy, Orazio worked at Banca Akros, Banca Finint and EY as a senior manager with experience in both M&A and financial due diligence. Orazio has an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He also studied at Manchester Business School and at Queen Mary University of London.
