Julien is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium, with more than 10 years’ experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A deals and a track record of over 20 transactions. He has particular expertise in the nursing home sector, having closed eight deals in this space. Julien has also been involved in M&A transactions across a wide range of other industries, including the sale of Granco to Continental Bakeries, the sale of MJ Tube to the Belgian private equity firm E-Capital and the capital raise for Jacques Remy SA — the largest fruit and vegetable distributor in Wallonia — via new industrial investors.

Before joining Oaklins KBC Securities in 2021, Julien was involved in the expansion of the corporate finance activities of CBC Bank for over 10 years. He has a master’s degree in law.
