Iwen Boje

Associate

Iwen is an associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the energy, TMT and industrial machinery & components industry teams. Some of the key transactions he has been involved in include the sale of Haufe Lexware Real Estate to Aareon, a subsidiary of Advent International; the sale of Doozer Real Estate Systems to Zig, a subsidiary of Main Capital Partners; and the sale of Cara Care to Mahana Therapeutics. Iwen supports clients and colleagues with various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of information materials.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Iwen worked for two and a half years at an M&A boutique in Munich and at a leading asset manager in Geneva. His focus was on TMT, healthcare and industrials. Iwen has a BSc in International Business from the Hanze University of Groningen and an MSc in Finance from Emlyon Business School in Lyon, France.
