Oliver Aspinall

Manager

Oliver is a manager at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has experience advising clients on M&A transactions, with a focus on business services—particularly TICC—as well as TMT and healthcare. His role includes preparing pitch documents, conducting market research, developing sales materials, performing financial modeling and analysis, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. Oliver has worked on a range of transactions, including the sale of Ashbury Global to Normec and the sale of STM Environmental to Phenna Group. He has advised business owners, private equity investors and strategic buyers on both buy-side and sell-side mandates.

A chartered accountant, Oliver previously worked at Deloitte in the UK and Canada, specializing in non-financial due diligence, company performance assessments and external audits. He has a first-class honors degree in chemical engineering from Newcastle University and is actively involved in team development, recruitment and firm-wide initiatives.
