Boris is an associate partner at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in Slovakia. He has extensive experience in providing strategic advice to corporates and governments on mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, valuations and due diligence. He has particular experience with private equity and in the energy, pharma, transportation and manufacturing industries. Notable clients he has advised include SPP, Macquarie, JESS/JAVYS, ČEZ, ENEL, YUKOS, Deutsche Bahn, ArcelorMittal and Siemens.

Boris joined the firm in 2010 after having worked at Slavia Capital and in the financial advisory team at KPMG. He obtained a master’s in business administration and management from the University of Economics in Bratislava.
