Director

Reinholds is a director at Oaklins Baltics in Riga with over six years’ experience in M&A. He has worked on M&A sell-side, buy-side and capital raising projects in various industries, most notably in the FMCG, building materials and manufacturing sectors. His most notable recent transactions include providing sell-side advisory to leading Nordic water sports equipment producer SeaBird Designs and multinational Saint-Gobain on their sale of Glassolutions’ glass processing unit Baltiklaas in Estonia; buy-side advisory to Tet, the leading technology and entertainment operator in Latvia, and Coffee Address, the leading coffee service provider in the Baltics; and debt raising advisory to APF Holdings, the listed Latvia-based agriholding with a focus on egg laying and processing.

Prior to joining Oaklins Baltics in 2018, Reinholds worked in banking in Latvia as a financial analyst focusing on corporate loan profitability, asset management and alternative investment opportunities. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
