Maman Group has acquired International Business Transport
The Maman Group, through its subsidiary Maman Euro Logistic S.R.O., has acquired 65% of the shares of International Business Transport s.a (IBT) for US$3.8 million.
The Maman Group, currently owned by Taavura Holdings LTD, is the leading logistics services provider in Israel. The group’s subsidiaries, all of which are leaders in their respective fields, provide comprehensive services to both government bodies and the foremost companies in the market, including cargo management and ground-handling services for airlines, handling services, supply chain management, and third-party logistics. TheMaman Group was established in 1974 as a state-owned company, and was privatized in 1989.
IBT is a leading logistics service provider in Romania. The company’s headquarters are located in Bucharest, with seven additional premises and five warehouses in strategic locations across Romania.
