Jørgen Magelie

Analyst

Jørgen is an analyst at Oaklins Norway. He supports senior advisors throughout the M&A process and is responsible for various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling, valuations and management presentations. Jørgen also works closely with Oaklins’ offices globally in the initial stages of potential cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Jørgen was an analyst at You are Capital in Barcelona, where he advised on several cross-border transactions in the TMT sector. A notable transaction he was involved in was Parkimeter’s sale to Easypark. Jørgen has a BSc in Economics and Management from Université Toulouse Capitole 1 and an MSc in Finance from Toulouse Business School.
