Hans is a member of the supervisory board of Oaklins Germany. He is also managing director of Angermann M&A Solutions GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oaklins Germany, which focuses on small cap and distressed M&A projects. Previously, he was a member of the management board of Oaklins Germany, with a focus on cross-border transactions. For over 40 years, Hans has advised private owners, industrial companies and financial investors in various sectors on numerous buy- and sell-side mandates.

Hans had held various positions in Oaklins Germany’s predecessor company since 1979 before becoming an M&A consultant in 1984. A sought-after speaker and author on merger and acquisition topics, Hans is a member of several business clubs. He was president and chairman of Oaklins International as well as head of various committees and vice president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
