Managing Director

Elio is a managing director at Oaklins Italy. He has advised several leading Italian companies in cross-border M&A transactions and has gained significant experience in company valuations and debt advisory, closing deals in various industries. He focuses on the consumer & retail sector, in particular on the beauty & personal care, restaurant, pet food, e-commerce and food & beverage segments. Recent transactions he has advised on include the sale of Crespi Milano to an international hedge fund, the sale of Pinsalab to Deutsche Invest Capital and the acquisition of Nactis Flavours by AromataGroup (now Nactarome).

Before joining Oaklins Italy in 2018, Elio worked at some Italian banks and in various M&A advisory firms. He has a degree in finance and management (honors) from Bocconi University.
