R12 Kapital AB has sold Chrysal International to Nordian Capital Partners
R12 Kapital AB, together with the minority shareholders, have successfully sold their share in Chrysal International to the management team of the company and to Nordian Capital Partners (Nordian). Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Headquartered in Naarden, the Netherlands, Chrysal International is the global market leader in the production and distribution of branded and private label post-harvest flower care products. The company recently developed a line of plant care products for the B-to-B market.
Nordian is an independent Dutch private equity firm that focuses on supporting its portfolio companies accelerate their growth. The firm will help Chrysal International to further strengthen its market position by geographical expansion and the development of new innovative products and concepts.
R12 Kapital AB, founded in 2009, is an investment firm primarily investing in Scandinavia.
