Östberg Group AB has sold Enventus AB to Hoval AG. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Enventus AB is a manufacturer of standard and customized rotary heat exchangers, with production facilities in Sweden and China. The company's strength and strategy is high technical competence and reliable partnerships. Its products are available through a global network of production facilities, sales offices and representatives, ensuring a local response to customers.
Hoval AG manufactures air handling and climate control equipment and components, with an offering including solutions for residential ventilation, indoor climate systems, and plate and rotary energy exchangers.
The Östberg Group is a leading global manufacturer of duct fans and energy recovery units, with manufacturing sites in Sweden, China and India. It also has a global network of sales representatives.
