iDalko’s licensing & consulting division has been acquired by Avisi
iDalko’s licensing & consulting division has joint forces with Avisi Consultancy.
Founded in 2011, iDalko is the leading independent, platinum-certified, Belgian IT company with Atlassian as its core competence. It is organized around two standalone business units: licensing & consulting and software development. Operating through offices in Antwerp and France, iDalko’s licensing & consulting division is a one-stop shop for licensing, configuring, customizing, implementing and supporting Atlassian software. iDalko’s licensing & consulting division serves approximately 190 clients ranging from SMEs to corporates across a wide span of sectors, such as TMT, business services, energy and banking. As a result, the company’s software business unit is spun-off into an independent company – Exalate. Exalate will focus on growth and further expand its product offerings, while iDalko continues to focus on providing high-quality consulting and services to its customers.
Avisi is an IT company and a platinum-certified Atlassian service provider based in the Netherlands. The addition of iDalko’s licensing and consulting business unit is highly complementary to Avisi’s strategy and service offering. With this strategic partnership, Avisi extends its geographical footprint to the Belgian market and further expands its expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem with a combined expertise of over 10 years.
Oaklins’ team in Belgium acted as the exclusive M&A sell-side advisor to iDalko. The teams in the Netherlands and Sweden supported the transaction at its early stage.
