Thermotech AS has been acquired by Indutrade AB

Thermotech AS, based in Norway, has been sold to Indutrade AB.

Thermotech is a leading supplier of products and services within heat treatment, machining and bolt tensioning. The company is located in Haugesund, in the west coast of Norway. Thermotech’ customers are mainly in the Norwegian oil and gas industry, both on and off shore.

Indutrade markets and sells components, systems and services with a high-tech content to industrial companies in selected niches. Thermotech will be part of Inutrade’s industrial components business area.

Oaklins’ team in Norway was exclusively mandated by the seller in this transaction.

E-distribuzione S.p.A. has signed an agreement with A2A S.p.A. for the sale to the latter of 90% of the capital of a newly incorporated vehicle, to which electricity distribution activities in some municipalities of Lombardy will be contributed. Furthermore, E-distribuzione has also signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with A2A aimed at exploring the possible acquisition of certain electricity distribution activities currently held by A2A, outside the provinces of Milan and Brescia.
