Moritz Jaeger

Associate

Moritz is an associate at Oaklins Germany. He assists clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates. This includes preparing industry analyses, financial models, evaluation documents and sales materials. Moritz is a member of the industrial machinery & components and consumer & retail teams. He is also active in the TMT and energy sectors. His most recent transactions include the sale of an insurtech as well as the sale of several of Swiss Steel Group’s distribution entities to Jaquet Metals.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Moritz worked in banking for five years, focusing on asset management, treasury and trading. He has a BSc in Business Administration from HSBA, Hamburg, and an MSc in Finance from NOVA SBE, Lisbon. He is also a qualified banker and certified trader on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the EUREX derivatives exchange.
