Harry is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has experience in executing sell-side, buy-side, capital and debt raising transactions across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on the business services and technology markets. Recent transactions he has advised on include the sales of Fidelius to Söderberg & Partners, Symatrix to AST and UK Storage to David Kempner and Pithos Capital.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Harry worked with the Mazars audit & assurance team and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2018 before joining the deal advisory team.
