Ciarán is an associate at Capnua, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. A chartered accountant, he has experience in buy-side, sell-side and equity-raise mandates across a variety of sectors. Recent transactions include the sale of BDS Vending to Coca-Cola HBC; the sale of Hevac and The Heat Merchants Group to Wolsely UK, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice; and a debt refinancing for FLYEfit. Responsible for the day-to-day execution activities of transactions, Ciarán is focused on fostering strong client relationships and helping entrepreneurial clients achieve their strategic objectives through innovative and effective solutions.

Ciarán rejoined Capnua in 2021, having completed a year-long placement with the firm as part of his undergraduate degree. Ciarán has a first-class honors BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.
