Hayden Rosenthal

Associate Director

Hayden is an associate director at Intrepid Investment Bankers, one of Oaklins’ US member firms, where he is responsible for the day-to-day execution activities of M&A and capital market transactions. Driven by a deep passion for the entrepreneurial journey, Hayden works closely with business owners, management teams and institutions to maximize the value of his clients’ visions and deliver the optimal outcomes for their specific goals. Though he principally works within Intrepid’s healthcare and commercial & consumer technology teams, he has experience across a variety of other industries, including consumer products and lifestyle brands, logistics and industrials. Recent transactions he has advised on include the sales of Your Behavioral Health to Comvest Partners; Drum Workshop to Roland; and Entertainment Earth, Inc. to IVEST Consumer Partners.

Before joining Intrepid, Hayden held positions at Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Funds, a private equity firm in Los Angeles, as well as Navitas Capital, a venture capital firm also based in Los Angeles. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in Economics and is a FINRA-registered representative.
