Manager

Maria is a manager at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, with M&A experience in a variety of sectors. Her primary role is to manage and progress transactions and advise clients throughout the whole transaction process from start to finish. Notable transactions include the disposal of a large specialist software business and the disposal of a large bespoke concrete products company.

Prior to joining the firm, Maria worked at Haines Watts in the North of England, specializing in advising SMEs across several sectors on transactions, valuations and accounts investigatory work.
