Rosti Group has acquired Tebplast Plastik San. Tic. A.S.

Rosti Group (Rosti) has acquired a majority shareholding of 70% of Tebplast Plastik San. Tic. A.S. (Tebplast), a Turkish packaging products company, from the founding Teber family. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Rosti already has a significant proportion of its sales in the packaging market supplying the food and beverage industry with caps and closures. The acquisition will give Rosti access to the top filled plastic packaging markets, with a leading reputation in IML and cost effective solutions not only to the Turkish market but also with regular deliveries to Western Europe.

Tebplast, based in Istanbul, is a leading Turkish injection molding company specializing in the IML (In Mold Label), top filled, rigid packaging for the food and beverage industry. The company enjoys an excellent reputation as a highly responsive quality IML supplier.
