Oxalis Group Limited has been acquired by Eaton Corporation

The private shareholders of Oxalis Group Limited have sold the company to Eaton Corporation for an undisclosed consideration.

Oxalis Group is engaged in the design, certification, manufacture and distribution of telecommunication products and solutions for use in extreme oil, gas and marine related environments. Solutions include closed-circuit TV camera stations, public address/general alarm systems and other electrical products that protect and safeguard assets, infrastructure and people.

Eaton provides energy-efficient solutions that help customers to effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power more efficiently, safely and sustainably.

Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised the shareholders of Oxalis Group on the sale of the business to Eaton Corporation.
