The private shareholders of Valtech Services, Inc. have sold the company to Cornerstone Staffing Solutions. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Since 2003, Cornerstone has grown from a neighborhood staffing provider to a US$100 million national firm that employs thousands of people at hundreds of companies throughout the USA.
