The private shareholders of Cutter Associates, LLC have sold the company to Nomura Research Institute (NRI) for an undisclosed consideration.
Cutter Associates is the leading global provider of independent, proprietary research, business consulting and IT services to the world’s preeminent buy-side investment managers.
NRI is a leading provider of consulting service and system solutions, founded in 1965. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, NRI’s services include management and system consulting, system integration, IT management, and IT solutions for the financial, manufacturing, and service industries. Leveraging its global consulting business, NRI is able to provide innovative, cross-asset and financial IT solutions for investment banks, asset managers, banks and insurance providers.
