C.B. Fleet Company, Inc. (Fleet Laboratories), a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has been sold to Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. Financial details have not been disclosed.
C.B. Fleet Company, also known as Fleet Laboratories, manufactures and markets consumer health, beauty, and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products for consumers and healthcare professionals worldwide. It offers gastrointestinal care products for bowel cleansing, and relief of constipation and gas symptoms, feminine health and hygiene products, and infant care products.
Prestige Brands is the largest independent provider of over-the-counter products in North America providing detailed attention to each and every one of its product offerings. Prestige is constantly improving, creating products that match the ever-changing lifestyles and needs of people and families everywhere.
