Potter Trucking, Inc. has been acquired by Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P.
The shareholders of Potter Trucking, Inc. have sold the company to Blueknight Energy Partners for US$6 million.
Potter Trucking, Inc. operates a fleet of over 50 vacuum trucks which are used to gather natural gas and oil field liquids, primarily condensate from natural gas transmission pipelines. The company builds its own tanks and vacuum equipment with specialized safety options on purchased truck bodies.
Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P., is a mid-stream energy company focused on providing integrated terminalling, storage, processing, gathering and transportation services for companies engaged in the production, distribution and marketing of crude oil and asphalt products.
