Atlantic Quality Parts has been acquired by Arrowhead Electrical Products
The shareholders of Atlantic Quality Parts have announced the sale of the company to Arrowhead Electrical Products, Inc., a portfolio company of Pfingsten Partners. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Atlantic Quality Parts is a distributor of aftermarket, OEM quality electrical, hydraulic, clutch, and engine components for agricultural machinery.
