Dylan Finazzo

Associate

Dylan is an associate at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He is responsible for supporting deal execution, creating pitch material and conducting financial analysis across a broad range of industries. Notable recent transactions include Norris Sales Company’s sale to United Rentals, Steamist’s sale to Masco Corporation, Duro Dyne’s sale to NSi Industries, The Railroad Associates Corporation’s sale to American Track Services, Atlas Crane Service’s sale to Ares Management and ProSource’s sale to Blue Sea Capital.

Prior to joining the firm full-time in 2020, Dylan completed a summer internship at TM Capital’s New York office. He has a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Amherst College.
