Matt is an analyst at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of sales materials across a range of transaction types and sectors, including consumer, healthcare and business services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Matt completed internships at TM Capital and RippleMatch, a recruitment software startup in New York. He graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Pricing & Valuation Emphasis, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
