The minority public shareholders of Vox Telecom have sold their stake in the company to the management team for US$2 million.
The management team has carried out a minority buy-out.
Vox Telecom is an alternative telecommunications operator providing voice, data and collaboration services to the Southern African market.
Oaklins' team in South Africa advised the buyer in this transaction.
